If you know Tyler & Kayla, then you know they are made for each other. They are both crazy, goofy, and fun making their life together an adventure. Tyler & Kayla got married at The Brooks at Weatherford which is a beautiful wedding venue out in Weatheford near Lake Weatherford.
The days leading up to the wedding had all of us nervous about the rain. The good thing is even with rain you can still have the ceremony in the chapel. The rain held off long enough to get photos outside in front of the chapel before the ceremony. As the ceremony time got closer we were checking the weather radar to see where the storm was coming. Kayla walked down the path meeting her dad at the bridge. As they approached the chapel and began walking down the isle you could just see Tyler, with so much joy, shed a few tears. A few minutes into the ceremony and it started pouring down rain. Right before the kiss, the storm moved on and it could not have been any better timing. Tyler & Kayla and all their guests knew it was such a God thing. The guests were able to exit the chapel and head to the reception and there was even a double rainbow above the chapel!
The reception was so much fun and everyone enjoyed every minute. Tyler’s best man’s speech has got to be the best one I’ve heard at a wedding… EVER. His speech started out “Fornication” instead of “For the occasion” and the whole crowd busted out in laughter. And it didn’t end their. So glad 4500 Films was there to capture this on video.
My favorite part about Kayla’s maid of honor’s speech was she told Tyler he can have one other girl in his life that he can go to for advice or encouragement when Kayla is upset or discourage…. Kendra Scott! How right is she?! LOVE Kendra Scott! Out of all the speeches Kayla’s dad’s was probably my favorite. He welcomed Tyler to his family and open his wallet and pulled out a piece of paper that had “LORD” written on once side and the garage code written on the other side. Next he pulled out his wallet one more time and gave Kayla and her sister the last piece of their inheritance… a one dollar bill. And pulling put his wallet one more time he grabbed a folded up piece of paper with a special note written to his wife. He thanked her for all of her hard work and is treating her to a vacation! It was the sweetest thing ever. Vendor Team
